Rendezvous Rye is our first whiskey and thus named after the "Rendezvous," the first recorded whiskey fest out west, and 1820's mountain man gathering in Wyoming and Utah's cache valley that turned whiskey into the first of endless possibilities. We blend Rendezvous from straight rye whiskeys with high rye mash bills that give it a unique botanical & spice character, with notes of honey, mint, molasses, and dried fruit for good measure. Rendezvous is not chill filtered, a unique choice that keeps its natural oils intact and allows for a full-bodied finish.

Had master distiller M.C. Beam not been stifled by Prohibition, we imagine his straight rye whiskey would taste a lot like the mature elixir we bottle today. It's aged in cream sherry casks for an unforgettable flavor.
