Westland's Garryana is an American Single Malt that showcases the unique Quercus garryana oak, native to the Pacific Northwest, used for aging some of its maturation casks. The flavor profile varies by edition but generally features a complex blend of dark chocolate, nutty (almond, walnut), bready, and spicy notes, along with fruit and savory elements derived from the diverse grain bill and cask finishes, such as Oloroso sherry or red wine casks.
