Little Book Chapter 8: Path Not Taken
Little Book Chapter 8: "Path Not Taken" is a limited-edition, blended straight whiskey, a rye-forward release crafted by Freddie Noe, Jim Beam's master distiller. It features a blend of six rye whiskeys aged from 4 to 11 years, plus an 18-year-old high-rye bourbon. Expect a complex nose with notes of butterscotch, fresh dill, toasted rye bread, and sweet apricot, followed by a palate with floral notes, sweet apricot, and a strong oak backbone. The finish is described as long and spicy, with a lingering sweetness and hints of cinnamon and citrus.
