Russell's Reserve Single Barrel Rye
Russell's Reserve Single Barrel Rye Whiskey was released in September 2015, in response to the growing consumer demand for rye whiskeys. Bottled at 104-proof, this straight rye is non-chill-filtered and carefully selected from barrels in the "center cut" areas (levels 3 to 5) of Wild Turkey's rickhouses.

Part of the  Campari Group family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Lemon, vanilla, and spicy oak with notes of orange peel and ginger.
Palate: Pepper, vanilla and tobacco flavors.
Finish: Pear drops and peppercorn.
Jim Beam Old Overholt Bottled in Bond
Jim Beam's Old Overholt Bottled-in-Bond is a 100-proof straight rye whiskey with a rich, spicy profile balancing notes of caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, and baking spices with a peppery rye bite and warm oak finish. It adheres to the Bottled-in-Bond Act, meaning it is aged for at least four years, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), and produced by a single distillery in a single distilling season.
