Nose: Fresh oranges, lemons, and pears, with a hint of salt and peat.
Palate: Dried fig, spice, and a smoked malt dryness.
Finish: Long, smooth, and oaky sweet with a grain of salt.

Nose: Raisins and cinnamon at first, before moving onto butterscotch, caramel and apple slice. A touch of floral malt, too.
Palate: Honey, citrus and spicy cloves. Sherried and full like fruitcake, then dabs of rich dark chocolate.
Finish: A soothing, mouth-coating finish with waxy peels and oak.
