Nose: Brisk, sharp, and brittle. Complex and excellent; the astonishing balance between sweet and dry. Firmer, drier notes from soft vanillins and crisp grape; sweeter, nuttier ones from malted barley, and cask wood.
Palate: Dry, after early biscuity-sweetness. The enormous malt character contrasts with the thin fruitiness of the grape.
Finish: Very long, dry, oaky. Very faint peppery notes and spice.

Nose: Orange peel, stem ginger, hot jam, with barley malt, vanilla and a hint of fruit and a touch of citrus zest.
Palate: Malty and sweet, with gingerbread and manuka honey notes, with custard and potpourri flavors, and soft fruits, green apple, and vanilla.
Finish: Long and spiced, with notes of lattes and chocolate, white pepper, dry chili flakes, and toasted wood. A hint of spice with orange and lemon note, and a refreshing burst of citrus.
