Nose: Sweet grain, cut grass, minty herbs, and vanilla caramel.
Palate: Black and white pepper on the tip, dry cinnamon at the center, and malt edges. Flavors of graham cracker, mint, and mild orchard fruit transition to dark cocoa powder and black cherry.
Finish: Long, smooth, and oily, with hints of cherry and dark chocolate

Nose: A warm bouquet of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of spice greet the nose. Some reviewers also note a balance of dried fruit and baking spices along with complex wood notes.
Palate: The palate features flavors of caramel, dark chocolate, and a touch of dried fruit, balanced by a subtle spiciness. Some reviewers also describe notes of cinnamon, clove, pepper, toffee, book-leather, and fresh-cut oak.
Finish: The finish is medium-length with more spice and a thick texture.
