Solera Method Rye image
Doc Swinson's Solera Method Rye
Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Solera Method Rye Whiskey is a unique rye whiskey finished in rum casks using the Solera method. It's known for its blend of spiced rye, dark honey, toasted oak, and dried fruit notes, with hints of citrus zest and cocoa. The Solera process, typically used for rums, adds complexity by blending younger and older spirits over time, resulting in a balanced and flavorful whiskey.

Laws Whiskey House San Luis Valley Straight Rye
Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 7,500 feet above sea level, in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, the Cody family has been cultivating this low yield, semi-wild rye grain since the 1930s. We fell in love with how it ferments and distills into a terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey.
