This Penelope Straight Bourbon is a blend of 3 bourbon mash bills sourced from MGP Ingredients, Inc. comprised of four grains (corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley) non-chill-filtered, the barrels it's rested in have a #4 char while the heads have a #2 char. This approachable bourbon has an impeccable balance that has earned it several accolades, including a Double Gold Medal at the SIP Awards. The Penelope Bourbon Rosé Cask finish is a limited release expression that is based on their signature four-grain bourbon. The 2- to 3-year-old bourbon goes for a round of finishing in French Grenache Rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône region, resulting in a uniquely fruity profile. This release is limited to 2,400 bottles.

Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, we selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile.
