J.P. Wiser's 15 Year Old
This Canadian distillery has one of the most exciting backstories out there. The founder, J.P. Wiser, was a New York native cattle breeder who moved to Canada in the 1870s, worked at his uncle's distillery, and entered the business solely to secure grain to feed his cows. He was even considered a pioneer of the trade. Luckily, by the 1900s, J.P. Wiser's was already a worldwide whiskey enterprise that continues to produce exceptional expressions to this day. This is, by all means, an opulent expression. A traditional Canadian blended experience influenced by aging in a combination of 3 different types of casks. New American Oak, ex-Bourbon, and used Canadian whisky casks. This gives us a complex and layered spirit at 40% ABV.

Limestone Branch Yellowstone Limited Edition
While each release of Yellowstone Limited Edition is different, one thing always remains the same: a promise of top-shelf flavor with humble complexities. This year's offering features a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 15-year and 16-year-aged bourbons, finished in Marsala Superiore casks. Marsala Superiore is a dry, sweet wine produced in Italy and imparts tangy flavors of dried fruits and citrus. The 2022 Yellowstone Limited Edition is sold in custom-designed bottles featuring embossing and a high-end natural cork, making it a natural fit for the Limestone Branch family of spirits.
