Nose: Browned butter, Cola, black currant and dried dates.
Palate: Cola, dark chocolate, buttered pastry, dried date and fig, raisin and orange citrus.
Finish: Long finish; dry, but with lingering impressions of butter cream, candied orange peel, and dark dried fruit.

Scott Fitzgerald's iconic novel “The Great Gatsby”, from its events in 1922 to its publication in 1925. Legend has it, Fitzgerald's titular character 'Jay Gatsby' was inspired by Remus. Nose: Mature oak, worn leather, salted caramel, tobacco, cherry, nutty with pecans and walnuts, vanilla.
Palate: Thick mouthfeel with caramel, butterscotch, a bit of cherry and citrus, with chocolate and maple syrup.
Finish: Long, maple syrupy and damp with oak, spices and caramel.
