The newest member of the Bunnahabhain core range family, this first batch release of 30 year old whisky is one of our oldest single malts. Matured exclusively in ex sherry casks in our coastal warehouses at the distillery, non-chill filtered and natural colour, this is a rich and sweet dram.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of butterscotch, beeswax and sweet sherry.
Palate: Strawberries and cream dominate the palate, gradually developing into honey nut cereals and an abundance of rich toffee.
Finish: A gentle aftertaste of stewed berries and ginger, with a prolonged and undulating combination of spiced oak and salted caramel.
Bruichladdich Black Art 25 Year Old (1994 7.1)
Bruichladdich Black Art 1994 07.1 Edition is the seventh Black Art release and the third by current master distiller, Adam Hannett. Distilled in 1994, this is an unpeated single malt aged 25 years in a variety of undisclosed casks. Only Hannett knows the exact "recipe." Matured entirely on Islay, this is bottled at cask strength of 48.4% ABV without added color or chill-filtration. This is a limited release of 12,000 bottles worldwide.

Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose reveals blackcurrant, damsons, black pepper, dark sherry, coconut, and nougat.
Palate: Very smooth on the palate, quite full, with early oak, then leather, tropical fruits, honey, and resin notes from old component whiskies.
Finish: A long finish, with mango, raisin, hazelnut, and lots of spice.
