Tasting Notes
Nose: Lures you in with sweet notes of honey, straw, and apricot.
Palate: Notes of mint, black pepper, and a slight fruitiness.
Finish: A touch of rye spice, black pepper, citrus, and heat.
Rabbit Hole Boxergrail
Aged in Kentucky Rye Char #3, wood-fired, Kelvin Cooperage barrels this is a bold 95% Rye Whiskey with a bright caramel amber color and thick legs that linger. You can brown sugar notes on the nose with a spice that jumps on the tongue. Great with a splash of water, but breathtaking in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned.
