To make this special expression, Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a wheat mash bill, is matured in #3, wood-fired, alligator char. They transfer it to 500 liter casks that have been used to perfect sweet, dark Pedro Ximénez sherry. The resulting whiskey is refined, balanced with a long cascading finish.
