Tasting Notes
Nose: Traditional bourbon notes of vanilla and caramel are plentiful, with toffee and honey providing an additional layer of sweetness. Oak is also present, but gentle in its assertiveness.
Palate: Rich flavors of vanilla and cocoa with delicate dried fruit notes abound in this full-bodied bourbon.
Finish: A lingering smoky finish
Garrison Brothers Balmorhea
It gives us great pleasure to introduce the beautiful Balmorhea. This magnificent Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is bold but majestically-crafted, having been aged four years in new American white oak barrels, then transferred to a second new American white oak barrel, and aged for one year. Simply put, this 2-time US Micro Whisky of the Year and San Francisco Double Gold winner is bourbon candy in a bottle.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense aromas of warm caramel, roasted pecans, and espresso greet you at the nose.
Palate: As the Garrison Brothers say, it's “Bourbon Candy” with a rich mouth feel and the flavors of praline, pecan, almond, plenty of oak, white pepper, vanilla fudge, and Love.
Finish: The finish is medium length, lightly dry, and oaky.
