Rabbit Hole Cavehill
With a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, Rabbit Hole's Cavehill is bottled at 47.5% ABV. A four-grain mash promises spice and honey and a fresh apple breeze. This is a whiskey of remarkable maturity with spice on the front, vanilla, and custard in the finish. Matured in barrels crafted by Kelvin Cooperage, which has their roots in Scotland, this Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey is made from four grains and aged in #3, wood-fired barrels.

Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask Bourbon
A whiskey gets its color and character from the cask in which it ages and matures. This Double Cask whiskey goes through the process twice. The first five years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel makes it a bourbon. That bourbon then experiences secondary maturation in decades-old casks seasoned by Pedro Ximenez sherry that adds a touch of sweetness, and yields a smooth and impressively complex spirit.
