Tasting Notes
Nose: Musky notes of leather with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a trace of ginger.
Palate: Full, well-balanced oak is paired with hints of coffee cake, nuts, caramelized bananas and candied figs.
Finish: A full-bodied and satiating finish with a lingering smolder of spices, pecans and walnuts.
FEW Spirits Straight Rye Whiskey
FEW Rye is made from a mash of 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malted barley. "The corn comes from a farmers co-op in Indiana and my barley and rye from farmers in Wisconsin," notes Paul Hletko, owner and Master Distiller. After milling, mashing and fermenting the grains, Hletko distills the wash through his 1,500-liter Kothe copper-pot still imported from Germany.

Nose: Expressive aroma of roasted pineapples, citrus and smoke.
