Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is dominated by the sweet scent of fresh green apples, complemented by the familiar caramel and oak notes of Jack Daniel's. There are also subtle hints of soft spice.
Palate: On the palate, the green apple flavor is prominent, but it's balanced by the warmth of caramel and toffee. The classic spice notes of Jack Daniel's are also present, creating a well-rounded taste.
Finish: The finish is smooth and sweet, with a delightful aftertaste of crisp apples and a hint of toasted oak.
FEW Spirits Straight Bourbon Whiskey
FEW Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 70% corn, 20% barley and 10% rye. "The corn comes from a farmers co-op in Indiana and my barley and rye from farmers in Wisconsin," notes Paul Hletko, owner and Master Distiller. After mashing and fermenting the grains, Hletko distills the wash through his 1,500-liter Kothe copper-pot still.

Nose: Aroma of honeysuckle, clove and chocolate orange.
Palate: Cherry, vanilla and caramel on the palate
Finish: The finish is noticeably spicy, with cinnamon and white pepper notes providing a lasting finish.
