Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, we selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile. Nose: Sweet candied cream and floral with hints of crème brûlée.
Palate: Sweet vanilla and viscous cream with some savory oak notes. Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body, herbal, floral and cream.
Finish: Rich vanilla that leaves a long lingering finish with some heat.

FEW Spirits Straight Bourbon Whiskey
FEW Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of 70% corn, 20% barley and 10% rye. "The corn comes from a farmers co-op in Indiana and my barley and rye from farmers in Wisconsin," notes Paul Hletko, owner and Master Distiller. After mashing and fermenting the grains, Hletko distills the wash through his 1,500-liter Kothe copper-pot still.
