Barton 1792 Single Barrel
In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.

Part of the  The Sazerac Company family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: The single barrel's nose is carried by sweet butterscotch notes, though a bit fruitier overall, with hints of ginger and Fuji apple.
Palate: Flavors of rich butterscotch and caramel notes, delicately balanced with hints of fruit and toffee.
Finish: A sweet finish tempered with warm bitter cloves.
Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon
It starts with genuine Kentucky sour mash. Then it's aged the old-fashioned way, charcoal filtered, and bottled at an honest 90 proof. That's straight-up authentic bourbon.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet hints of honey and vanilla on the nose, accented by citrus notes.
Palate: The palate is sweet and smooth with caramel and vanilla with hints of spice and chocolate.
Finish: A smooth, warm finish.
