Lexington is a relatively young spirits brand, being founded by Western Spirits in 2012. This 86 proof Lexington Bourbon combines the highest quality grains of rye, malted barley, and corn with purified water. The rye imparts the perfect level of spice onto the spirit, and the malted barley lets the sweetness of the corn shine through the spirit, offering sensational flavors, and a depth of character boasting deep aromas of the aged oak with just a hint of vanilla. This spirit is aged for several years in Kentucky's finest charred white oak barrels, yielding a top-quality flavor that was rated 95 by Tasting Panel Magazine.
