Rabbit Hole Cavehill
With a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, Rabbit Hole's Cavehill is bottled at 47.5% ABV. A four-grain mash promises spice and honey and a fresh apple breeze. This is a whiskey of remarkable maturity with spice on the front, vanilla, and custard in the finish. Matured in barrels crafted by Kelvin Cooperage, which has their roots in Scotland, this Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey is made from four grains and aged in #3, wood-fired barrels.

Westward Whiskey Stout Cask American Single Malt
A celebration of Oregon's legendary brewing culture, this whiskey grew out of our longstanding cask-trading tradition among a select group of beer producers in the Northwest. For as long as we've been making whiskey, we've traded our freshly-emptied barrels with some of our brewing friends in and around the Northwest, who have in turn “seasoned” them with Stout before returning them again. Our Stout Cask Finish begins with our Westward American Single Malt, and is then aged for one year in Stout casks.
