Nose: Brisk, sharp, and brittle. Complex and excellent; the astonishing balance between sweet and dry. Firmer, drier notes from soft vanillins and crisp grape; sweeter, nuttier ones from malted barley, and cask wood.
Palate: Dry, after early biscuity-sweetness. The enormous malt character contrasts with the thin fruitiness of the grape.
Finish: Very long, dry, oaky. Very faint peppery notes and spice.

Nose: Delightfully complex with crushed grapes, orange zest, salt, and smoke.
Palate: Soft malts, develops into luxurious flavours of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with delicate fruits, and waves of brine.
Finish: Notes of sweetened Jamaican coffee and oak wood produce a smoky sweet finish.
