Elijah Craig Private Barrel
To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is hand labeled with its unique proof and batch number; but the nose, taste, and finish are pure Elijah Craig.

Part of the  Heaven Hill Distilleries family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Expect a mix of sweet caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. Some may have hints of fruit, like apple or orange.
Palate: The palate often features rich vanilla and caramel, sometimes with butterscotch. Spices like cinnamon and black pepper can also be present.
Finish: The finish is usually long and layered, with flavors fading slowly and lingering as it cools.
Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel
One of the first single-barrel bourbons, made and bottled at the peak of its maturity from a single barrel. The barrel number, date, and warehouse number are handwritten on each neck label. Known for being full-bodied with rich vanilla flavors and a hint of sweetness, this complex and intense spirit is best savored on its own.
