Maker's Mark 101
It's everything you love about Maker's Mark with a whole lot more to love. Our founder himself, Bill Samuels, Sr., was the first fan of this high proof bourbon. Bill liked to tuck a little 101 aside for friends and special occasions. And for a long time, this was the only way you could experience these intensified notes of caramel and spice brought on by the higher proof- yet matched with that familiar Maker's Mark smoothness. Now- at special times during the year- this limited release is available for you to share with guests of your own. Learn about how the whisky at the core of Maker's Mark 101 is brought to life below.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet, dark bold spice on the nose.
Palate: Rich, creamy and soft with spice, fruit and caramel.
Finish: Mellow, creamy midpalate finish that pleasantly lingers.
Jim Beam Single Barrel
Every bottle of Jim Beam Single Barrel is unique and perfect in its own way—both in the distinct flavor and personality of the liquid itself and the wisdom of our master distiller printed on the back. It is an extraordinary bourbon experience that's different each time you break open a new seal.
 77% Corn | 13% Rye | 10% Malted Barley | High Rye

Part of the  Beam Suntory family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Apple pie and rye spices, with buttery corn and oaky vanilla.
Palate: Oak char leads into creamy vanilla, brown sugar, burnt caramel and peppery spice.
Finish: Hints of dried apricot, toasty oak and baking spices.
