Willett Blackened Cask Strength
Willett Blackened Cask Strength is a bold, high-rye Kentucky straight rye whiskey, a collaboration between Willett Distillery and Blackened Whiskey. Aged and finished in Madeira casks and subjected to Blackened's unique BLACK NOISEâ„¢ sonic enhancement process with Metallica's music, it offers a complex profile with notes of rye spice, earthy mint, brown sugar, dark fruit like raspberry and plum, and a long, spicy finish with hints of walnut and cinnamon butter.

Old Forester Single Barrel Rye
Since the release of Old Forester Rye in 2019, fans of the brand have been clamoring to try it at barrel strength, and weʼre excited to deliver. For the first time in the brandʼs 150 year history, Old Forester is elated to present this new expression, unfiltered, as a single barrel at barrel strength. As such, each barrel will have it's own unique tasting notes and various proofs- but all distinctly Old Forester Rye. This expression, although extremely limited, will be available nationwide though not through Old Foresterʼs private By the Barrel program.

Part of the  Brown-Forman family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Dessert forward, creamy vanilla and lemon custard, alongside rich caramel and dark brown sugar.
Palate: Full-bodied with a base of ripe orchard fruit, subtle cinnamon stick, dried dill, and hazelnut.
Finish: Lengthy and spice driven, with peripheral black pepper and unpinnings of green anisette and crisp mint.
