Master's Keep One image
Wild Turkey Master's Keep One
Master Distiller Jimmy Russell's love of mid-aged bourbons is no secret. To reflect his father's tastes, Eddie hand-selected barrels aged between 9 and 10-years-old. To reflect his own passion for the complex characteristics that come with older bourbons, Eddie selected a small batch of carefully aged 14-year-old whiskey. He artfully crafted these two profiles into one with a second maturation in new oak barrels specially toasted and charred.

Part of the  Campari Group family of brands.
Note: This whisky is part of an ongoing series, with variability between each release due to differences in mash bill, barrels used, age profile, and others. If the specific version is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet honey, caramel and vanilla.
Palate: Bold vanilla, butterscotch and caramel.
Finish: Fresh and lingering toasted oak.
Barton 1792 Full Proof
Bourbon insiders have long acknowledged that full proof bourbon has a distinguished and rich flavor. This bourbon underwent a distinct filtering process, forgoing the typical chill filtration and passing only through a plate and frame filter. This allowed the bourbon to maintain a robust proof for bottling, as well as a full, rich and bold flavor. Bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof, just as it was years ago when the barrels were first filled, 1792 Full Proof Bourbon is exceptionally distinct.

Part of the  The Sazerac Company family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: The alcohol is immediately noticeable and jumps right out of the glass. Hiding behind the alcohol are dry oak, caramel, and a dab of vanilla.
Palate: Strong and full of flavor, this bold bourbon boasts an incredible deep and smoky taste, superbly balanced with sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.
Finish: Strong finish with heat from the alcohol, fading into a long oaky peppery finish.
