Pact No. 11 image
Blood Oath Pact No. 11
Two well-bred bourbons, one a 14-year ryed, the other a 10-year wheated, and one 7-year finished ryed bourbon, each complementing the others in this, our 11th edition pact. Finished in AƱejo tequila barrels sourced from the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, this blend is infused with a distinctive complexity.

Tasting Notes
Nose: The initial aroma is dominated by sweet notes reminiscent of flan and various fruits like golden raisin, honeydew, and mango. Orange bitters add a subtle cocktail-like complexity.
Palate: The taste profile shifts to vanilla pudding, honey, and lime zest, with a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon providing a slight spice.
Finish: The finish is shorter and simpler, featuring dry oak alongside sugarcane, black currant, and black pepper.
Barton 1792 High Rye
By law, bourbon must be made using a mash bill of at least 51% corn. Traditionally, bourbons use rye as the secondary grain in the mash bill. This signature recipe for 1792 High Rye Bourbon uses a much higher percentage of rye as the secondary grain than most bourbons do, creating a robust and full flavor.
