This 86 proof Lexington Bourbon combines the highest quality grains of rye, malted barley, and corn with purified water. The rye imparts the perfect level of spice onto the spirit, and the malted barley lets the sweetness of the corn shine through the spirit, offering sensational flavors, and a depth of character boasting deep aromas of the aged oak with just a hint of vanilla. This spirit is aged for several years in Kentucky's finest charred white oak barrels, yielding a top-quality flavor that was rated 95 by Tasting Panel Magazine. The highly acclaimed bourbon was also awarded a Gold medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Our Rye small grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch, up to 12 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter. The goal of the Small Batch is to capture the total essence of more complex notes from multiple barrels from distillate of the same fermenter. Our Small Batch release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof.
