Widow Jane Aged 10 Year Old
Reviving the lost art of marrying the finest whiskeys, Widow Jane 10 Year Old is our signature bourbon. Hand assembled in Brooklyn using the richest & rarest straight bourbons, only ever in 5 barrel batches, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, we deliver a whiskey unique in its intensity & complexity.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cream.
Palate: Orange, Maple, Cherry, Almond.
Finish: Charred Oak, Spice
Wilderness Trail 6 Year Old Bourbon
Look for Wilderness Trail's wheated and rye Bourbon with a silver label and a “6” on the neck tag and on the vertical label. The silver label mashbill for the wheated Bourbon is 64% corn, 24% wheat and 12% barley. For the rye Bourbon, the difference is 24% rye instead of wheat. The 6-year is deeper in character and richer in flavors found in more mature Bourbons. We hope you enjoy all the deliciousness of our Bourbons with this age statement.
