Garrison Brothers Single Barrel
Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon is proof that each barrel is special. Whether you are trying Single Barrel Cask Strength or 94 proof, you will experience the differences in each barrel caused by the interaction of each American white oak barrel, the searing Texas climate, and the juice inside means that no two barrels of bourbon will be exactly alike. Each barrel of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel has aged for at least three years in the searing Texas heat, soaking up a unique set of notes and flavors from a new American White Oak barrel.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Butterscotch, corn, oak, vanilla, and that spicy nutmeg & star anise hit the nose in an epically well-rounded fashion.
Palate: The delicious sweetness continues on the palate with caramel and honey notes joined by fruity apples & pears, as well as some gentler floral and rye spice notes to round it off.
Finish: Those flavors stick around for a while and are joined by the tiniest whiff of cocoa, leather, and cherries, making for an immensely drawn-out and slightly warming finish.
Willett Pot Still Reserve
In keeping with family tradition, Willett Pot Still Reserve is a mean small batch Kentucky straight bourbon. Aged for between eight and ten years, Willett Pot Still Reserve earned the Gold Medal for taste at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2008, and the Double Gold Medal for design. Its unique shape and design are meant to resemble the pot still that was used for generations at the Willett Distilling Company. Soft and elegant on the nose, this bourbon has slight notes of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon.
