Nose: Notes of bright citrus, velvety dark chocolate, and sticky toffee.
Palate: The palate is a welcome mélange of mature oak, allspice, honeyed bread, and deep cinnamon.
Finish: The finish is long with toasted oak, sultana, peppercorn, and fresh thyme.
