It offers a balance of warm, spicy cinnamon notes with the smooth, familiar character of Jack Daniel's. The aroma features sweet cinnamon and vanilla, while the palate delivers a warm, spicy experience with hints of brown sugar and caramel. It's versatile, suitable for sipping chilled, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is characterized by a strong cinnamon presence, often described as reminiscent of cinnamon candies or Red Hots, with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel.
Palate: The taste is smooth and spicy, with a bold cinnamon flavor that is complemented by the sweetness of vanilla and caramel. Some tasters also detect notes of brown sugar and butter.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, with a lingering cinnamon spice that is often described as pleasant and not overly harsh.
E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof
Crafted from hand-selected barrels, this bourbon is bottled directly from the barrel; uncut and unfiltered at more than 125 proof. It reflects the way whiskey was produced in the days before Prohibition, when Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was the owner of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Drawn from barrels aged in warehouses constructed over a century ago under Taylor's watchful eye, the taste is smooth, yet powerful and uncompromising, just like its namesake.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: The aroma of cooked berries meets the nose, followed by a rich caramel and slightly floral smell.
Palate: The taste is bold and full of spice that fills the mouth with a distinct flavor of toasty vanilla, dried oak and pepper.
Finish: The finish is long and satisfying with a powerful rye character and lingering hints of fruit.
