Master's Keep 17 Year Old Bottled in Bond image
Wild Turkey Master's Keep 17 Year Old Bottled in Bond
This 17-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is designated Bottled-In-Bond, a certification that guarantees a strict production process and ensures incomparable flavor and consistency. To carry the bonded label, the bourbon must be the product of one distilling season from one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse, and artfully bottled at 100 proof. Master Distiller Eddie Russell identified this unique, high aged liquid and pledged to share it with discerning whiskey connoisseurs around the world.

Part of the  Campari Group family of brands.
Note: This whisky is part of an ongoing series, with variability between each release due to differences in mash bill, barrels used, age profile, and others. If the specific version is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted oak, apple and dark cherry.
Palate: Sweet confectionery flavors of vanilla, honey and toffee.
Finish: Dark notes of mocha, smoke and spice.
E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof
Crafted from hand-selected barrels, this bourbon is bottled directly from the barrel; uncut and unfiltered at more than 125 proof. It reflects the way whiskey was produced in the days before Prohibition, when Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was the owner of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Drawn from barrels aged in warehouses constructed over a century ago under Taylor's watchful eye, the taste is smooth, yet powerful and uncompromising, just like its namesake.

Part of the  The Sazerac Company family of brands.
Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: The aroma of cooked berries meets the nose, followed by a rich caramel and slightly floral smell.
Palate: The taste is bold and full of spice that fills the mouth with a distinct flavor of toasty vanilla, dried oak and pepper.
Finish: The finish is long and satisfying with a powerful rye character and lingering hints of fruit.
