J.P. Wiser's 10 Year Old
The dram at hand is an exquisite 10-years-old Canadian blended whisky. It's traditionally crafted with whiskies aged in new American oak, ex-bourbon casks, and used Canadian whisky casks bottled at 40% ABV. But above all, this is a high-rye expression with extra wealth and spiciness due to a unique ratio of double and once-distilled corn.

Tasting Notes
Nose: The aroma is layered and complex with notes of fruit, dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, and honeycomb toffee.
Palate: On the palate, it's spicy first, but toffee, vanilla, and oak balance the flavor perfectly.
Finish:
Baker's Single Barrel 7 Year Old
Named for a truck-driving, motorcycle-riding, bourbon-loving, hardworking whiskey man, Baker's Single Barrel Bourbon is a singular experience. A big, bold bourbon that was created by one legend to honor another. Every drop of bourbon in a Baker's bottle comes from one single barrel. And once those bottles are gone, they're gone. Which means you'll discover layers of unique, subtle nuances in every bottle you pick up. That's what makes Baker's so special. Baker has always believed the ideal bourbon is made according to three fundamental rules: First, it's aged at least seven years because that's the sweet spot for getting big vanilla notes from the charred oak barrel. Second, a great bourbon carries substantial flavor. And third, when he tries it, he better like it. These rules might seem simple, but they make for one hell of a bourbon.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruit, vanilla and caramel.
Palate: Medium bodied with flavors of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla.
Finish: Robust flavors sit on the tongue for a while, warm and rounded.
