High West High Country
High West High Country is a bold American single malt whiskey made in Utah, showcasing 100% malted barley and aged at high elevation. With rich notes of toasted grain, dark fruit, and warm spice, it balances rustic character with refined complexity. Unfiltered and bottled at full strength, it captures the spirit of the American West in every sip.

Tasting Notes
Nose: There is warm caramel overlaying a citrus like lemon peel, with cedar pine, salt, a refreshing note like fresh linens.
Palate: We start with charcoal of the barrel before milk chocolate evolves on the tongue. There is a tangy note on the tongue but the whiskey remains airy and light. The midpalate displays sweet fruit like melon and vanilla. The close is tangy with notes of salted plum.
Finish: There is a light smoke with coffee grounds and white sugar holding across the tongue. It is soft and muted but present.
Wolfburn Aurora
This beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Benefitting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on site in our purpose-built warehouses. At the end of the maturation process the casks are brought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.
