Created from just 55 hand-selected casks laid down in November 1998, our 2020 Release of Highland Park 21 Year Old is a fine example of a single malt whisky that has truly come of age. We've been crafting our award-winning whisky at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798. anCnoc is a rather curious whisky. It comes from the Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, a place where traditional production methods are used to craft a refreshingly modern single malt, light and elegant. Filled with our charismatic spirit back when flared jeans were all the rage, hand-picked American oak casks aged quietly in our warehouses to eventually bring us a whisky like no other.
