It comes from the Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, a place where traditional production methods are used to craft a refreshingly modern single malt, light and elegant. But give it time, more than three decades' worth in fact, and this crisp, fresh whisky becomes lush and complex, bursting with personality. Filled with our charismatic spirit back when flared jeans were all the rage, hand-picked American oak casks aged quietly in our warehouses to eventually bring us a whisky like no other.
