In this era of mergers and consolidations we go against the grain; an independent, Scottish owned and managed whisky company. We chose to step away from the corporate treadmill and short-term targets. Instead, we focus on the important things; making great whisky and enjoying life. It is in this tradition that we would like to introduce the most important release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company; GlenAllachie 12 year old, the heart of our range, a landmark bottling. Our best casks selected and bottled under the careful eye of our Master Distiller Billy Walker.

Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.
Palate: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
Finish: Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.

Lemon zest, toffee apples- and a scent of coconut. Hand-selected sherry casks help create this paradise of flavours and rich, golden colour. It's the taste of Scotland's slowest distillation, and our insistence on barley dried by air- never peat. Add a limited edition puzzle to your order for £10. Our puzzle features a special painting of the Distillery by celebrated Scottish artist John Lowrie Morrison (Jolomo).

Nose: Coconut oil, honey, lemon zest, dried oak.
Palate: Toffee apples, cinnamon spice, ginger, orange, shortbread.
Finish: A hint of sherry and soft oak. Very well balanced.
