14 Year Old image
Clynelish 14 Year Old
Clynelish whisky is closer to an Island style than other mainland malts, with a complex and fragrant nose and an agreeable, long finish that leaves a lingering fresh-fruity flavour. This 14-year-old is a less heavyweight whisky that's deliciously drinkable and makes it an excellent aperitif.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Wax comes up with water- scented candle wax. Dried flowers on a beach, tangerine, smoky. Later, brown sugar.
Palate: Pleasant creamy mouthfeel; maritime generally with vanilla and leather.
Finish: Quite long, with some salt, dryish yet an attractive, even slightly bitter finish and some spicy oak.
Deanston Virgin Oak
Crafted by hand, this Deanston is first matured in ex-bourbon casks from a family run cooperage in Kentucky, creating its subtle but zesty character, the golden spirit is then finished in Virgin Oak casks, adding subtle spicy aromas. Like all of our single malts, Virgin Oak is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
