Whiskey profiles of Peerless caliber selections are compared one by one. Once a barrel is chosen, it is bottled and prepared exclusively and given a unique label. Each barrel typically yields 180-210 bottles. As always, Peerless spirits are bottled at barrel proof, so Peerless patrons experience the same robust characteristics that were chosen specially for them.
