Cardhu 12 Year Old
You may not have heard of Cardhu, but you've probably tasted it. It's a prime component of nearly all Johnnie Walker blended whisky. Europe, particularly Spain, had quite a taste for the single malt bottling. It was so popular in fact that they changed it to a blended malt to keep up with demand. This did not go over so well and Cardhu righted that wrong back in 2005.

Tasting Notes
Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood-smoke to appear.
Palate: Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Moorish. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.
Finish: Lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.
Limestone Branch Yellowstone American Single Malt
Like any member of our family, Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey stems from previously established roots. Nearly everything we've perfected across seven generations of distilling presents itself in this bottle. Much like the park for which it's named, this whiskey is a uniquely American icon. One worthy of revisiting.
